Beta Chtuzpah
So, I hate the new MSN Beta Search. For many reasons.
Here is an inconclusive list:
1. It is UGLY! I don't care that they stole Google's look. Yahoo! Search did the same thing, and its site is nice-looking.
2. Its Spider is insane. It crawls all my pages like I was CNN, and then doesn't even put everything in the index. Hey Gates, thanks for eating up my bandwith.
3. The advertising part of the site isn't compatible with Firefox. You get this page. Not that it should surprise anyone; after all, this is Microsoft. But c'mon, what chutzpah!
Let's hope the beta still has ways to go.
